The year of 2008 will go down as a historic year. Not only have we elected our first black president, the end of oil as our primary energy resource is in sight.
I have had my own historic year. 2008 saw the end of my 21 year marriage and the sale our home of 20 years. In addition to these endings, I also realized the need to close the storefront business that has housed West Seattle Yoga & Ayurveda and the Saraswati Center for the last 10 years.
I moved out of West Seattle to the diversity of the Central District in September of 2008. My son came back from Virginia Tech and moved in with me to complete his second year of college in Washington State.

Recent News:
02/2009 - I have been acting as the VP for the Washington State Astrological Association. In addition, I have been asked to sit on board for the newly formed Washington Ayurveda Medical Association.
I have re-opened an office in Pioneer Square and beginning in January, will be taking appointments for Vedic Astrological readings and yoga privates.
The website will be reformatted to reflect the changes in my practice.
